On the BSc Honours Quantity Surveying programme, students are taught by Chartered Surveyors who have extensive professional practice experience.The course will allow you to learn the skills involved in design economics, procurement methods, cost planning and estimating, life cycle costing, measurement and quantification of construction work and contract management.
Should have completed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with overall 60% or above in the Intermediate (10+2) (XII Standard) exam. IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with no component below 5.5. A Level : CCD , IB Diploma: 26 points overall with three HL subjects at grades 5, 5, 5.
