Additional Information & Requirements

This Engineering HNC programme has been designed to provide the flexible option of one or two-year attendance. The modules have been designed to explore the many areas of engineering and give the student a sound understanding of the analytical subjects related to engineering as well looking at the Engineering Industry and developing important skills in Engineering Design. You will undertake individual and group work to enhance your communication, research and presentation skills. You will also explore the use engineering drawing and the production of engineering models and drawings using computer technology. You will also study analysis of the key areas of quality standards sustainability project management and ethics. The course is designed to support the Engineering industry by providing highly skilled and motivated individuals that have the opportunity to progress into a broad range of engineering careers. Those without relevant work experience may enter the course with one A-level qualification or MM at BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Engineering, as well as GCSE Mathematics at grade C/4 or above (or recognised Level 2 equivalent). English Language Requirements All International and EU students applying for a course with us must meet the following minimum English language requirements: IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands
