The BEng (Hons) Engineering Design course at Robert Gordon University has been developed due to industry demand. There is a need for design engineers who can think creatively about challenges faced by industry and develop innovative solutions to solve these challenges.The course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to transform ideas into real, fully-functioning products. You will learn how to think creatively, while combining your technical engineering expertise, to enhance and improve how a business performs and operates.
Successfully completed 12th Standard from CBSE/ICSE Board. Entry will vary depending on the course you wish to apply for, your Year 12 examination board, and subjects taken. A Levels: CCC to include Mathematics and one from Physics, Design Technology, Electronics, or Engineering. GCSE English at grade 5/C or above is required if not held at A Level., IB Diploma: 26 to include Higher Level Maths and Physics. English is required at a minimum of Standard Level grade 4.. IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
