Mechanical engineering is crucial in various sectors such as aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, renewable energy, and Formula 1. In reality, there is hardly anything in our everyday lives that doesn't benefit from advancements in mechanical engineering, whether it's the vehicles we use or the methods of food processing. 

In addition to taught sessions, you'll have access to outstanding manufacturing research facilities, featuring robotics and 3D printing technologies. You will similarly utilize your knowledge in both individual and group project situations. 

Mechanical and manufacturing engineering have a shared curriculum during the initial two years, in which you will study the basics of engineering science and design. In your third year, you will focus on specializations in mechanical engineering.
