In Literature modules you will cover topics from Shakespeare to contemporary fiction, fostering your appreciation, understanding and enjoyment of literary texts. You will produce independent interpretations of texts and concepts, and share your insights with others confidently. In Creative Writing modules you will hone your craft as a writer with an emphasis on voice, structure and critical reflection. Workshops will allow you to reflect on your practice as you develop your own creative projects. The course combines academic rigour with a concern for employability skills such as communication and analysis.
Standard XII/Class XII from CBSE, CISC 65% and above, 120 UCAS Tariff points . From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A-level, T Level, BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, Access to HE Diplomas, or the International Baccalaureate. GCSE Requirements: Applicants will need Maths and English Language at minimum grade 4/C, or an equivalent. Should have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component (or an approved equivalent*).
