Through language course transmit knowledge, from inviting someone for coffee, to promoting the latest scientific theory, to settling global political disputes.On our course you ll become highly proficient in German and will be able to study up to a further two of the modern languages taught at Essex, including Spanish, Italian, French, and Mandarin Chinese. These languages can be studied alongside the language expert modules which cover a range of cultural and professional skills. You can start German from scratch or at an advanced level.
Should have atleast A Level or equivalent(ABB, or the equivalent in UCAS tariff points, to include 2 full A Levels), IB: 32 points or three Higher Level certificates with 655, BTEC qualification-MMP (in relevant subject), International Baccalaureate Diploma and Certificates,QAA-approved Access to HE Diplomas, a minimum of two full A-levels and five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English, or equivalent, you'll be required to write a personal statement UCAS application, Certified copy of your complete list of grade, IELTS score of 6.0 overall , TOEFL (iBT) with 76 overall, with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing, PTE 51 overall, with a minimum of 51 in each component, A score of 169 overall on the Cambridge English Scale, with a minimum of 162 in each component.
