Language is fundamental to thought, relationships, and civilisations. Through language course transmit knowledge, from inviting someone for coffee, to promoting the latest scientific theory, to settling global political disputes.On this course you ll become highly proficient in Spanish and will be able to study up to a further two of the modern languages taught at Essex; French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Mandarin Chinese. These languages can be studied alongside the language expert modules which cover a range of cultural and professional skills.

Should have atleast A Level or equivalent(ABB, or the equivalent in UCAS tariff points, to include 2 full A Levels), BTEC qualification-MMP (in relevant subject), International Baccalaureate Diploma and Certificates,IB: 32 points or three Higher Level certificates with 655,QAA-approved Access to HE Diplomas, a minimum of two full A-levels and five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English, or equivalent, you'll be required to write a personal statement UCAS application, Certified copy of your complete list of grade, IELTS score of 6.0 overall , TOEFL (iBT) with 76 overall, with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing, PTE 51 overall, with a minimum of 51 in each component, A score of 169 overall on the Cambridge English Scale, with a minimum of 162 in each component.
