The Law with a Modern Language LLB will divide your learning equally between law and your chosen modern language. Law modules will cover the essential areas of the profession while your languages education will advance your spoken, written and cultural understanding.You can choose French, Italian or Spanish - all of which can be taken at either beginner or advanced level. Your language studies will be supported by the excellent facilities for modern language students, including state-of-the-art language labs, a dedicated Modern Languages Study Centre, a film theatre, TV and internet resources.
No LNAT required - A/AS-Levels: AAB at A-Level. Applicants who choose to study a language at Advanced Level should have an A-Level in that language (French, Spanish or Italian). Applicants who choose to study at Beginner s level should have an A-Level (or equivalent) in a foreign language. General Studies is accepted.GCSE: English Language at Grade C.International Baccalaureate: Pass Diploma with 33 points. Applicants who choose to study a language at Advanced Level should have grade 6 Higher Level in that language (French, Spanish or Italian). Applicants who choose to study at Beginner s level should have a Standard/Higher Level in a foreign language.IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. At least 75% required overall in Higher secondary(12th).
