Curriculum structure
In this top-up year, you'll build on your foundation and dive deeper into the real-world and future-facing side of event management. You’ll explore how the events industry is evolving through the module Contemporary Issues and Future Horizons in Events, where you’ll examine new trends, challenges, and global developments. You’ll also start your Independent Project for Tourism, Hospitality and Events, where you’ll research a topic you’re passionate about—with full support from experienced academic mentors.
You’ll also take Tourism, Hospitality and Events Graduate Innovation and Creativity, a module designed to bring out your entrepreneurial thinking. You'll learn to develop new ideas and practical solutions for the industry, helping you stand out to employers.
