Program Overview

The program is structured into three distinct phases:

Year 1 – Foundation Year:
This introductory year focuses on developing essential academic skills, including research, analysis, and communication. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of event management, business principles, and the importance of sustainability in the events industry. Year 2 – Core Studies:
Building upon the foundation year, students delve deeper into event management topics. The curriculum covers areas such as event planning, budgeting, marketing, and risk management. Emphasis is placed on developing practical skills through case studies and real-world scenarios. Students also have the opportunity to study abroad in countries like the Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Bali, and South Africa, broadening their global perspective on event management. 

Year 3 – Advanced Studies and Dissertation:
In the final year, students engage in advanced studies, focusing on strategic event management, leadership, and innovation. A significant component is the dissertation, where students conduct independent research on a topic of their choice within the field of event management. This year prepares students for leadership roles in the industry.

Experiential Learning (Research, Projects, Internships etc.)
