The University of NorthamptonThe aim of the International Tourism and Hospitality program is to equip you with the necessary strategic and operational skills to effectively manage tourism and hospitality businesses in an international setting. The program covers a wide range of management concepts related to tourism and hospitality, such as consumer behavior, strategic and project planning, leadership and staff development, sustainability, and operational and tactical responses to common business challenges.
Ultimately, the goal is to produce knowledgeable, motivated, and forward-looking graduates who possess both academic and practical management experience in the tourism and hospitality industries. This will enable you to surpass the expectations of employers and succeed in your career.
If you hold a HND/FdA Tourism Management or equivalent qualification then you will be eligible to apply for this course. We welcome international students that have an equivalent Diploma/degree and English Language equivalent grade 6 IELTS. If you have completed the ATHE Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism you will be able to progress onto our BA Hons (Top-up). English Language Requirements All International and EU students applying for a course with us must meet the following minimum English language requirements: IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands for study at undergraduate level.
