This programme will give you the chance to develop, to a high level, your knowledge of the science of sport, including physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and psychology, as well as sports performance analysis. It will provide you with a comprehensive practical experience in well-equipped labs. You will have an opportunity to develop your own research skills, using the most technologically advanced and sophisticated sports science equipment to make measurements in sport.
A-level: 64 points from related subjects, for example biology, sports science, physical education, human biology, mathematics or physics, BTEC National: Extended Diploma in Applied Science, A-level and BTEC National: Diploma/Extended Certificate in Applied Science and 16 points from a related subject, Plus GCSEs in English language and mathematics at grade 4 or above (grade C or above under the A*-G system), and one GCSE science subject at Grade C or above under the A*-G system, IELTS score of 6.0.
