Digital technology has revolutionised the way we consume information, and journalists play a vital role in gathering information and reporting on unfolding world events, current affairs, politics, sport and entertainment across multiple platforms, to meet our increasingly voracious appetite for real-time news. The BA (Hons) in Journalism has been developed in close association with major media organisations to provide an industry-recognised qualification that is highly valued by employers. The course is accredited by the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) and, while on the course you ll sit NCTJ exams, leading to the NCTJ Diploma. All fees for these exams are included in your course costs.

A-levels BBB, excluding General Studies; or BTEC Extended Diploma DDM; or UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications, excluding General Studies; and GCSEs English grade C / 4 and Maths grade B / 5 or Two year Post Tawjahiya from higher technical institutes or commercial institutes or two years diploma, OND / HND and associate degrees, IELTS of 6.0 with minimum of 5.5 in each component, Personal Statement.
