The program covers a wide range of subjects such as health psychology, health sociology, medical anthropology, human biology and physiology, human nutrition, public health, health promotion, health policy, and biomedical ethics. The program's foundation is based on the World Health Organization's (WHO) definition of health, which asserts that health is not simply the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.
