3 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
This three-year degree prepares you to become a fully qualified adult nurse, blending classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience so you can step into your career with confidence. It’s perfect if you’re passionate about supporting adults in hospitals or community settings and want a programme that gives equal weight to real-world practice and academic knowledge.
Curriculum Structure:
Year 1:
In your first year, you’ll build a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and professional nursing practice through modules like How the Body and Mind Work. You’ll also spend time in simulation labs using patient manikins and start your initial clinical placements, helping you get comfortable with the day-to-day role of an adult nurse.
Year 2:
Year two focuses on developing your clinical decision-making and safe medication practice, alongside modules covering acute and community care and health policy. Placement hours increase so you can apply what you’ve learned in real hospital and community settings, working closely with qualified nurses.
Year 3:
In the final year, you’ll take on more leadership and autonomous responsibilities, with modules such as Leading Nursing Practice and Making Decisions in Adult Nursing. You’ll handle complex care situations, reflect on your practice, and consolidate your skills to ensure you’re fully ready to register with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
Focus areas:
Adult nursing, blended theory and practice, professional registration, clinical leadership

You’ll spend part of your week in hospitals and community settings through trusted NHS partner placements, giving you real-life nursing experience right from the start.
