Practice 2 placements let you take on more responsibility and experience a variety of mental health environments.

Year 3: Leadership and Specialization
Your final year focuses on leadership and specialized practice. Leadership in Nursing helps you manage teams effectively, and Advanced Mental Health Nursing allows you to specialise in areas like child and adolescent mental health or adult care. Practice 3 provides a major placement where you demonstrate your readiness to work independently as a registered nurse.
