Curriculum Structure

Year 1
You’ll begin with the fundamentals of the human body, pharmaceutical microbiology, and biomedical science. Teaching is case-led and patient-oriented, with modules that build your understanding of anatomy, pathology, and medicinal chemistry. You’ll also start developing clinical communication and examination skills through simulation and lab work.

Year 2

You’ll explore therapeutic options for disease and integrate pharmaceutical science with clinical practice. Hospital-based learning and interprofessional education deepen your understanding of healthcare delivery.

Year 3
You’ll study applied pharmaceutical interventions, including drug design, delivery systems, and adverse effect management. Modules cover formulation of injections, implantable medicinal devices, and complex patient-based cases. You’ll also gain experience in clinical placements and advanced lab work.

Year 4
The final year tackles targeted therapeutics, oncology, infection, and immunology.
