Whether you've been inspired through personal experience, are fascinated by the workings of the human body or simply like the idea of helping people live their best lives, physiotherapy offers a rewarding career promoting health and wellbeing. You'll help all manner of individuals, young and old, to prevent or manage injury, illness, ageing or disability, often improving their mobility and enabling them to regainindependence.Ass the only UK university based on a hospital site, you'll study in a clinical setting, adopting a patient-centred approach from the outset and mixing with the many different healthcare students and professionals you will go on to work with. On graduation, you'll be eligible to register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
75% in Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard XII (any board, state or central). IELTS 7.0 overall with 7.0 in Writing and 6.5 in all other components. IB : overall score of 34 with 16 points at Higher Level. Science or social science subjects may be helpful but are not essential.. A levels : ABB Science or social science subjects may be helpful but are not essential.
