4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program

Curriculum structure
Year One
You begin with core mathematical modules such as Computing for Mathematics (MA1003), Foundations of Mathematics I (MA1005) and Foundations of Mathematics II (MA1006), building your confidence in logical reasoning, computational skills, and rigorous mathematical methods. These fundamentals ensure you’re fully prepared for more specialised and applied topics later in the degree.
Year Two

Year Three – Year of Study Abroad
You spend this entire year at one of Cardiff’s partner universities overseas. Year Four
In your final year, you tailor your learning with a wide range of optional modules—spanning applied mathematics, statistics, data analysis, optimisation, computational modelling, or theoretical maths such as topology or number theory.
