Economics and philosophy look at fundamental aspects of human society. The combination allows a deeper understanding of how societies work and the course will provide a unique blend of knowledge from the two disciplines. In economics, you will typically study macro and microeconomics, as well as a study skills module to ensure that your transition to university study is smooth. In philosophy, you will take modules such as Appearance and Reality, Elementary Logic, and Introduction to Ethics.
