Your second year deepens your legal expertise through modules like Tort Law, Public Law and Land Law, allowing you to understand how legal rules apply in real-world disputes and governance. Alongside this, business-focused modules introduce you to areas such as strategic management and business operations. Together, these subjects help you see how law and business intersect in everyday commercial decisions.

Year 3 – Specialisation and Professional Growth

In your final year, you’ll choose modules that reflect your interests and career aspirations. You can explore advanced legal subjects such as Commercial Law, Employment Law or Company Law, while business options may cover digital innovation, entrepreneurial strategy or global business challenges. You’ll also complete a dissertation or major research project, giving you the chance to investigate a topic that blends legal reasoning with business insight.
