Memberships
Coventry Law School is an active member of the International Association of Law Schools, which includes approximately 250 law schools from over 60 countries, representing around 12,000 faculty members. Additionally, Coventry Law School is a member of the European Law Faculties Association, which consists of over 250 law faculties across Europe and beyond.
Memberships are reviewed annually. While there is no plan to discontinue these affiliations, applicants and students will be informed promptly if there are any changes.
Industry Collaborations
Coventry Law School partners with the Central England Law Centre to integrate professional experience into your studies. Through law employment and advocacy clinics, a welfare and benefits advocacy clinic, and health justice partnership clinics, students gain practical experience by working alongside solicitors. Under supervision from legal practitioners, students engage in real-world legal tasks, including providing supervised advice and assistance to the public.
Practical Legal Skills Development: The curriculum focuses on essential legal practices, including constructing succinct legal arguments and understanding the nuances of employment law, EU law, contract, and tort law.

Solicitor: Graduates can pursue the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) to qualify as solicitors. CUL's offers SQE-aligned support and practical legal training.
Barrister: Those aiming for the Bar can undertake a Bar Training Course (BTC) and apply for pupillage.
Other roles include paralegal, legal executive, advocate, or tribunal officer.
