Law LLB

3 Years On Campus Bachelors Program

University College London

Program Overview

UCL’s LLB programme provides a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where both students and staff can excel. Designed to be intellectually stimulating and academically rigorous, this three-year course combines legal theory, research, and practical application to develop essential analytical, problem-solving, and transferable skills.

A key feature of the programme is the UCL Centre for Access to Justice, which integrates legal education with pro bono services, allowing students to gain hands-on experience while supporting vulnerable communities. This unique opportunity enables students to apply their legal knowledge in real-world settings, enhancing both their practical skills and social impact.

Students also have the chance to broaden their academic horizons through a study abroad option. After completing the second year, eligible students may extend their degree by an additional year and spend time at a prestigious partner institution in the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore, gaining international legal perspectives and expanding their global outlook.

No prior legal knowledge is required to apply, making this programme accessible to students from diverse academic backgrounds. With its world-class faculty, extensive legal resources, and strong emphasis on both academic excellence and practical experience, UCL Law equips graduates with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful legal career or other professional pathways.
