The LLB Hons Senior Status programme allows for a more in-depth study of the law and the theoretical principles that underlie it than a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) - the LLB Hons Senior Status programme would therefore suit someone with a real interest in law, who wishes to study the academic principles as well as the practical application of the law. The programme provides a sound academic education in law. It combines the acquisition of knowledge of substantive law with the development of wider transferable skills. Wherever possible, it seeks to place law in the wider context of social, political, moral and economic issues.
An undergraduate degree at 2.1 or above in a subject other than law from a UK or EU university, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised overseas university, IELTS 6.5 overall with minimum 5.5 in each skill
