Curriculum Structure

Year 1: Building Foundations

You’ll study Haematology and Transfusion Science, Clinical Biochemistry, and Medical Microbiology, developing your understanding of blood disorders, disease-causing pathogens, and biochemical processes in a clinical context.

You’ll complete a Research Project, gain experience in Clinical Pathology, and study Professional Practice in Biomedical Science, equipping you with the skills, ethical understanding, and confidence to excel in the workplace or further study.
