The curriculum includes all aspects of criminological research, and students will study four criminology and two psychology modules each year, leading up to their Criminology with Psychology dissertation in year three, which will build on the knowledge gained in the previous two years.

The primary focus of the program is criminology, and all students will become student members of the British Society of Criminology. Additionally, students will learn about ethical protocols and codes of conduct when applying criminology in social settings.
