Criminology and Sociology represents a logical and valuable combination of subjects. In this degree you will explore the diverse social, cultural, economic and political factors which can be the causes of what we consider to be crime in any one time and place. Crime happens in social contexts which Sociology helps us to understand. Through real world examples you will explore societal responses to crime and look at the importance of crime s impact on society.
