Additional Information & Requirements

For A-Level entry: AAB (excluding General Studies) is the standard offer grade for 2026 entry.
IELTS: Applicants whose first language is not English require a minimum score of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent with no less than 5.5 in each of the four elements of the test. & TOEFL: 90 overall (with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 17 in writing)
GCSE: GCSE Mathematics at grade A or 7 and English Language or Literature at grade B or 6 required if not taken at A or AS Level.
CBSE: Typically we recognise a 80% average in Standard XII as comparable to AAB at A Level.
American Curriuclum: Typically, we would prefer applicants to submit 3 AP tests, For AP tests/classes we require the following grades: UK A Level requirement A A B to be considered equivalent to AP test scores 5 5 4 or AP class scores of A A B & for SAT/ACT: 650 in both parts of the SAT to be considered equivalent to AP test/class with a score of 4/B 700 in both parts of the SAT to be considered equivalent to AP test/class with a score of 5/A ACT with a composite score of 26 to be considered equivalent to AP test/class with a score of 4/B ACT with a composite score of 28 to be considered equivalent to AP test/class with a score of 5/A
IB: 34 points. Standard Level Mathematics and English (Language and/or Literature) required at grade 5 if not offered at Higher Level.
