This degree blends psychology with business management, giving you insights into human behavior alongside essential management skills. It’s great for students aiming for careers in organizational psychology, HR, or business leadership roles.

Curriculum Structure

First Year
You’ll start with foundational modules such as Introduction to Psychology, Principles of Management, and Research Methods in Psychology, developing a solid base in both psychological science and business fundamentals.

Second Year
The second year expands into Organizational Behaviour, Cognitive Psychology, and Marketing Principles, integrating psychological theories with practical management applications.

Third Year
Psychology courses cover social, cognitive, developmental, and biological psychology, as well as individual differences and research methods. You will also study two management courses with options covering Project Management, Employment Law, Marketing, Enterprise and other specialist areas.

Final Year
You will work closely with a staff member to devise and conduct a research project in experimental psychology over both semesters. You will also study Psychology of Education and Advanced Social Psychology. You will be offered four options with the choice of approved psychology options and additional specialist management options.
