3 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
Program Overview:
This three-year interdisciplinary program combines the study of educational theory and practice with key psychological concepts. It is ideal for students interested in exploring how people learn, how development influences education, and how psychology can inform and improve educational systems and outcomes.
Curriculum Structure
Year One
You’ll begin with core modules such as Introduction to Education Studies, Foundations in Psychology, and Child and Adolescent Development. These lay the groundwork for understanding human behaviour and learning in educational contexts.
Year Two
Modules expand into Educational Policy and Practice, Cognitive and Biological Psychology, Inclusion and Diversity in Education, and Research Methods. The focus sharpens on how psychological science supports inclusive and effective teaching and learning.
Year Three
In your final year, you’ll undertake an Independent Research Project and explore specialized areas like Psychology of Learning, Education and Mental Health, or Global Perspectives in Education.

Learning outcomes:
Graduates will be equipped to understand and evaluate psychological and educational research, address issues of equality and learning needs in classrooms, and apply theory to practical educational challenges.

While this course does not confer British Psychological Society (BPS) accreditation, it serves as a strong foundation for postgraduate training in education, psychology, or social work.
