This course combines real estate surveying with valuation, planning and development. It studies how commercial and residential property markets work and draws upon the economics of the real estate sector to gain knowledge of how they develop. It also examines how urban planning regulates the development of property and value of real estate as investments.
Should have completed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with overall 60% or above in the Intermediate (10+2) (XII Standard) exam. IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with no component below 5.5. A Level : CCD, IB Diploma: 26 points overall with three HL subjects at grades 5, 5, 5.
