Students take courses in agriculture and environmental science in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (often completing a minor in the process) along with journalism courses in the College of Journalism and Mass Communication where concentrations in journalism, public relations, advertising, or telecommunication are available. Journalism electives allow students to develop a broad range of skills through an individualized program of study.
