The mission of the NDFM program at Murray State University is to prepare future food and nutrition professionals possessing strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and oral and written communication. For those students in the dietetics track, it is further the mission of the NDFM program to prepare graduates for successful entry into an accredited Dietetic Internship. Graduates of the NDFM program at Murray State University will be leaders and innovators in their respective disciplines.

High School Diploma OR Graduation Certificate, Transcripts for all years of high school with a minimum GPA of 2.0, Minimum SAT score of 910 with minimum of 450 on Reading section, Degree from a secondary school located in a country where English is the native language, British / Cambridge International Examinations: GCE, GCSE, IGCSE, AICE, or the HIGCSE certificate with five O-Level subject passes, TOEFL ibT of 71 minimum on Academic Test with no band less than 16, IELTS 6.0 minimum on Academic Test with no band less than 5.0
