Interior Design majors study creativity, design process, technical skills, digital technology, and design theory to prepare them for their professional career. Interior Design joins with TCU s Center for International Studies to offer a semester-long program in Italy that immerses students in Italian culture, design, and history. Eligible students study abroad during the spring semester of their junior year.Learn from the pros. Interior Design students at TCU enjoy real-world exposure to the interior design profession by interacting with design professionals from DFW s significant urban design center.Students have the opportunity to intern with internationally acclaimed interior design and architecture firms such as HKS, Wilson and Associates, and Gensler.Interior Design majors benefit from TCU s unique Center for Lighting Education, where they study the application of lighting to interior environments.
