Program Description

This course introduces and explores theater from page to stage as a live performing art. Topics include the relationship between theater and society (historical and contemporary), dramatic structure, theatrical representation, and the crafts of theater artists such as directors, designers, playwrights, and actors.

Eligibility Criteria

High school transcripts, two letters of recommendation and a GPA of 3.83. If GPA is at or below the school average of 3.83, you'll need a higher SAT or ACT score to compensate. A minimum score of 90 on the TOEFL; OR. A minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS; OR. A minimum score of 61 on the PTE Academic.
