Candidates must exemplify: Attributes of a professional artist, Potential leadership skills, Genuine love, respect, and appreciation of the theatre, Active involvement during the first year of residency. Pass an interview, resume and portfolio review. Design and/or technically direct a main stage production by the end of their senior year. Pre-qualifying audition; Qualifying audition; Progress evaluation; General audition; Production assignment; Senior thesis project. Proof of English Proficiency: Official SAT reading score of 400 or higher; Official TOEFL Scores - Internet Based: 79-80, Paper Based: 550; Official IELTS Score: 6.5; Successful completion of 6 hours of transferable U.S. college English courses; Successful completion of the INTERLINK Language Program at UNCG; Successful completion of the American Language Academy Level 5.
