  • Year 2: Business Analytics I & II, Business Law, Operations Management of Business Processes, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Finance, Principles of Management, Introduction to Information Systems Management.

  • Year 3: Human Resource Management, Information Analysis, Organizational Behavior, Designated Management Electives, Professional Development in Business II.

  • Year 4: Strategic Management (Capstone), Built-in Minor Courses (Entrepreneurship, HR Management, or Organization Development and Change), Business Electives, Free Electives, Professional Development in Business IV.

Experiential Learning (Research, Projects, Internships etc.)

  • Internships: Strongly encouraged, offering hands-on experience in management, HR, project management, operations, and other related areas.

  • Tiger Cage Business Idea Competition: Students with the entrepreneurship minor can pitch business ideas to win startup funding of up to $100,000 and receive feedback from experienced business leaders.
