4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
The BSBA in Management at Auburn University’s Raymond J. Harbert College of Business is delivered on-campus and prepares students for dynamic leadership and management roles across industries. Year 1: English Composition I & II, Calculus with Business Applications I, Public Speaking, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Professional Development in Business I, and Creed to Succeed.
Year 2: Business Analytics I & II, Business Law, Operations Management of Business Processes, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Finance, Principles of Management, Introduction to Information Systems Management.
Year 3: Human Resource Management, Information Analysis, Organizational Behavior, Designated Management Electives, Professional Development in Business II.
Year 4: Strategic Management (Capstone), Built-in Minor Courses (Entrepreneurship, HR Management, or Organization Development and Change), Business Electives, Free Electives, Professional Development in Business IV.
Internships: Strongly encouraged, offering hands-on experience in management, HR, project management, operations, and other related areas.
Capstone Project: Strategic Management, a comprehensive project integrating all areas of business and management learning.
Tiger Cage Business Idea Competition: Students with the entrepreneurship minor can pitch business ideas to win startup funding of up to $100,000 and receive feedback from experienced business leaders.
