4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program

Year 3: Students develop more advanced management and decision-making skills through BPS 4305 Strategic Management, OPRE 3310 Supply Chain and Operations Management, and OPRE 3330 Project Management. They also explore contemporary business practices through BUAN 3301 AI in Business, ENTP 3301 Innovation and Entrepreneurship, IMS 3310 International Business, and ITSS 3300 Information Technology for Business.
Year 4: In the final stage, students apply their knowledge through upper-division concentration courses and experiential requirements. Depending on their chosen pathway, they may study areas such as MECO 4352 Statistical Data Science for Business Decisions, ENGY 4313 Energy Finance, FIN 4352 Financial Risk Management, MKT 4332 Advanced Professional Sales, or REAL 4328 Real Estate Valuation, while completing the required capstone and internship experience.

BPS 4395 Capstone Senior Project – Business: Students complete a capstone project that brings together their business knowledge in an applied senior-level experience. Students in certain concentrations can instead use specialized capstones such as ENTP 4398 Venture Capital Seed Fund, FIN 4333 Enterprise Risk Management, or REAL 4328 Real Estate Valuation.
BA 4090 Management Internship: Students must complete a practicum of at least 160 working hours, providing direct professional experience before graduation.
Community engagement: Students complete a community engagement experience through BA 4095 Social Sector Engagement and Community Outreach Practicum or an approved alternative, connecting business education with service and community needs.
Finance Lab: Students can access business databases including Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, S&P Capital IQ, SDC Platinum, Morningstar Direct, FactSet and Wharton Research Data Services, along with financial-data analytics and trading-simulation activities.
Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge: Teams of 3–5 students use the Bloomberg Terminal to develop market assumptions, create trading strategies and execute trades in a simulated environment, providing hands-on exposure to investment decision-making.
Sales Lab: The Jindal School's Sales Lab provides a dedicated role-play facility where students can record sales presentations and participate in internal competitions, particularly useful for students pursuing the Sales concentration.
Faculty-led international experiences: Students following the General Business option may use a faculty-led international trip course toward their degree, adding an opportunity to examine business practices in an international setting.
