Finance pulls together issues of income, expenditures and risk that organizations analyze when making complex decisions. A 120-hour curriculum leads to a degree in finance. All undergraduate degrees require a core of 42 hours. In the core courses, students learn theories and analytical techniques that can be applied to the functional areas of business, such as finance and marketing. Students are exposed to the international dimensions of business and to social and political factors that impact business behavior. Elective courses provide students with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and investment.
