Program Overview

The BSIS+DS program at UIUC is an interdisciplinary degree offered by the School of Information Sciences (iSchool) in collaboration with the Siebel School of Computing and Data Science (Grainger College of Engineering) and the Departments of Statistics and Mathematics (College of Liberal Arts & Sciences). This program blends data science with human-centered design, ethics, and organizational understanding to develop graduates who are equipped to navigate the technical and societal dimensions of data use.
