Program Overview

The Bilingual Education Program offers several options at the undergraduate level. Students may prepare to be teachers of English as a second language (ESL) at the elementary or middle/high school level. The program also enrolls students who, in addition to completing requirements in elementary education, English education, or history education, wish to meet requirements for licensure as a teacher of English Language Learner as an English as a Second Language teacher.
