LIU Post s redesigned 120-credit Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education will teach you how to develop and implement a standards-based developmentally appropriate physical activity program that enhances motor skills, physical fitness and the acquisition of movement-related knowledge. You will learn techniques to improve children s motor development and fitness, and help them practice fundamental movement patterns, specialized skills, lifetime movement activities. Additionally, you will learn how to develop lessons and activities for students of various ages and differing ability levels.
