University of KansasCreative writing students complete workshops in at least two genres. For the purposes of the Creative Writing Tracks, the four major genres are: Fiction; Poetry; Playwriting, Screenwriting, and/or Scriptwriting; and Creative Non-Fiction.
TOEFL ibT of 79, Interview with Admissions Representative, IELTS minimum required score of 6.5 overall band. 3.25 GPA on a 4.0 scale, no test scores required OR an ACT score of at least 21 or an SAT score of at least 1060 plus a GPA of at least 2.0.
