Students majoring in English are introduced to a multitude of cultural, historical, political and critical perspectives as they pursue one or more of the following concentrations: British and Anglophone Literature; American Literature; Media, Rhetorical and Cultural Studies; and Creative Writing (fiction, poetry, or non-fiction). Regardless the concentration, students leave the major with increased research skills and heightened theoretical acumen.
