The Department of World Languages and Cultures offers an undergraduate major for a Bachelor of Arts in World Languages and Cultures that allows students to choose one of four options: French, French/Spanish, Italian/Spanish, or Spanish. The main purpose of the World Languages programs is to provide students with the ability to function more effectively in the multicultural world we live in. The Spanish option consists of a minimum of 36 credits in the major, with at least 24 credits at the 3000 level or above. Students may not exceed a total of 54 credits in the major.
