The Howard University Center for African Studies is offering Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) fellowships for summer 2016 intensive African language study both for undergraduate and graduate students at Howard University. Fellowships are provided by a grant under Title VI of the Higher Education Act from the U.S. Department of Education
