B.A. in Classics through the Humanities Degree Program in the College of Liberal Arts (The Departments of Classical Studies, Philosophy, and Religious Studies offer this interdisciplinary degree program jointly. Students complete a Classics concentration in addition to three team-taught interdisciplinary courses and one introductory course in each of the three contributing academic areas. The courses in the Classics concentration are determined by students often with the help of a committee of faculty advisors.
Completed application for admission, A high school diploma (official transcript with graduation date required), An Overall Grade Point Average of at least 2.00 on a 4.00 scale and a composite score of at least 19 on the ACT or SAT equivalent; OR an Overall Grade Point Average of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale and a composite score of at least 16 on the ACT or SAT equivalent, Test scores: Internet-based TOEFL score of 78 or higher, Paper-based TOEFL score of 547 or higher, IELTS score of 6.0 or higher, MELAB - minimum score of 79%.
