Portland State University is the only college in the state of Oregon to offer a major in Indigenous Nations and Native American studies.The program focuses on studies and practices of Tribal critical race theory, decolonizing methodologies, traditional and cultural ecological knowledge, and contemporary themes.
Have completed secondary school or high school, Education must be equivalent to United States secondary school or high school education, have a cumulative grade point average GPA of at least 2.5 when converted to the U.S. 4.0 grading scale, Submit Your Application, submit high school transcripts, grades and other relevant academic records along with your graduation certificate, English Language requirement:TOEFL IBT: minimum overall score of 71; minimum subscore of 15 in reading and writing, Academic IELTS:6.0 overall; minimum 6.0 in reading and writing, Academic PTE: 53 overall, SAT: 560 or above in the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section, DET Duolingo English Test: 110 or above
