Welcome to Murray State's Department of Journalism and Mass Communications, In today's fast-paced digital world, the business of creating and delivering news, content and messages is changing. As such, JMC faculty are committed to help you succeed and prepare for tomorrow's challenges. The JMC department is one of only 111 programs in the U.S. and one of three in Kentucky accredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications (ACEJMC). Additional Information & Requirements

High School Diploma OR Graduation Certificate, Transcripts for all years of high school with a minimum GPA of 2.0, Minimum SAT score of 910 with minimum of 450 on Reading section, Degree from a secondary school located in a country where English is the native language, British / Cambridge International Examinations: GCE, GCSE, IGCSE, AICE, or the HIGCSE certificate with five O-Level subject passes, TOEFL ibT of 71 minimum on Academic Test with no band less than 16, IELTS 6.0 minimum on Academic Test with no band less than 5.0
