Wilmington University Application. Official Transcript Evaluation is required if educated outside of the U.S. or a U.S. territory must be original. Copy of a Valid Passport, Visa, and I-94. Affidavit of Support. Bank Statement. Copy of current I-20. Immunization Record. Proof of Language Proficiency: Verified TOEFL: iBT 46 or greater, PTE Score: 46 or greater, or IELTS Academic: 5.5 or greater OR proof of a U.S. degree OR successful completion of specific courses from a U.S. institution ENG 101, ENG 102, Research Writing Course completed within 7 years of admission.
